Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LPP. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • LPP is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

  • LPP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at LPP. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Process:

  1. Contact us at contact@colormefearless.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and any other items that came with it.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Please use a shipping option with a tracking number and insurance.

  • LPP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • LPP charges a 20% restocking fee.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you purchased it.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Process:

  1. Contact us at contact@colormefearless.com to initiate the exchange process. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange for.

  2. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and any other items that came with it.
